Artisan Henna Cones

Henna Guru cones are known for their silky smooth texture, dark stain and easy-to-squeeze cones. I personally roll every cone and make and strain every batch myself. We are one of the only companies to offer Certified Organic Henna.

Ingredients:

• Certified Organic Rajasthani henna - October 2022 harvest

• Water

• Organic cane sugar (vegan)

• Premium essential oils

About this product:

• Cones are made of thin but durable mylar

• 10-15 grams per cone (average 12grams), enough for 8-10 small (silver dollar) patterns or 4-5 medium strips/veils, or 1 side of a bridal hand (elbow to fingertips).

• NO synthetic dyes, metallic salts, or preservatives

• This is a perishable product. We recommend Priority or Express shipping to keep fresh during shipping.

• Keep frozen when not in use, thaw 30 minutes before use.

• If there is a problem with your fresh paste, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt (enough time to do a basic stain test). We reserve the right to refund or replace a defective order.

How to apply henna:

1. Cleanse and dry the skin. Do not apply any oil or lotions.

2. Snip a tiny bit off the end of the cone to allow the paste to flow

3. Apply your design to the skin and take care not to smudge it while it dries.

4. If desired, spritz with a light mist of sugar-water/hydrosol to remoisten and seal

5. Allow paste to fully dry and rest on skin for 6-8 hours or overnight

6. Gently scrape off remaining paste, but do not wash!

7. Avoid wetting the design for 24 hours to give the design time to darken

8. The henna will darken from orange to a reddish brown over 24-48 hours

9. Apply oil or balm to the design before bathing to help it last longer

10. When it’s starting to fade, you can give it a scrub with an exfoliating mitt to remove it more quickly, and to prepare the skin for the next design.
