Shipping Policy:

SHIPPING: We are no longer offering free shipping as we found it wasn’t sustainable for our tiny business, we hope you enjoyed it while it lasted though!

Shipping Days:  Orders placed by Sunday night will be shipped on Monday. We ship once a week, on Mondays.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (USA only)

Priority Mail Shipping: 2-3 business days

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.  Express upgrades are recommended for fresh henna paste orders outside of California. Express Shipping does NOT guarantee an overnight delivery, it is solely freshness.

International Shipping: Approximately 1-3 weeks, but may be subject to your country’s Customs processing. We do not ship perishable goods internationally.

Holiday Schedules: We do close on holidays and for travel. Thanks in advance for your patience. This is a one-woman show!

Returns: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns due to "buyer's remorse", or if you neglected to open and freeze your henna paste immediately. 

Henna Paste Orders: Choose Express Shipping for henna paste orders especially for orders outside of California and during the warm summer months. There are no chemicals or preservatives in our paste. If you did not choose Express Shipping for fresh henna paste, we cannot guarantee its freshness and there will be absolutely no refunds. Please make sure to freeze your paste immediately upon receipt. We do not ship paste outside the USA as our paste is completely natural and does not have preservatives or chemical dyes in it. Beware of pre-made cones that don't require refrigeration! Real henna paste expires within a few days at room temperature.

Local Pickup: We do not have a retail location, but if you are local and would like to pick up your order on a Monday or Tuesday, please order by Sunday night and enter the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout and contact hennaloungesf@gmail.com to arrange pick-up.
